There is an old story.
An ancient woman wanders the desert alone. Wild. Feral. So old she is beyond age. She searches the dry places, the arroyos, the shadow sides of boulders, picking up bones. Wolf bones mostly. She searches until she has every last piece, and then she lays them out in front of her, just so.
And then she sings.
As she sings, flesh begins to grow back over the bones. Breath returns. And eventually, the wolf opens her eyes, gets to her feet, and runs. When the light catches her just right, the wolf running off into the distance turns into a woman. Wild. Free. Whole.
This is La Loba. The bone collector. The wolf woman. The one who has never once left a piece behind.
She doesn't care how long your bones have been scattered. She doesn't care across how many lifetimes. She just gathers. Every piece belongs. That's her medicine.
And here's what I know after channelling her: this isn't about becoming some shiny, healed, better version of yourself. La Loba isn't interested in better. She's interested in whole. In going back into the places you've already walked and finding the pieces you couldn't carry at the time. The parts that were too loud, too wounded, too angry, too weird, too sensitive, too much. The things you learned to hide because they didn't fit who you thought the world wanted you to be.
She gathers those too. Especially those.

THIS IS NOT ABOUT BECOMING SOMEONE NEW
This is not a guided meditation. This is not a relaxation recording.
This is a Light Language transmission, channelled through me at the moment La Loba chose to come through, completely unexpectedly, out in the ancient dunes at the Perry Sandhills. I came home and recorded all 22 minutes of her in one sitting. I didn't plan it. She arrived and I let her through.
Women feel something shift during the transmission itself. Others feel it in the days that follow, in dreams that feel significant, in a sudden clarity, in gifts they'd quietly stopped believing were real.
Headphones in. Quiet space. Press play. That's it.
You don't need to understand it. You don't need to prepare. You just need to press play.
BRING ME HOME — $33THIS DOESN'T STOP WHEN THE AUDIO ENDS
Once you press play, something is set in motion that doesn't stop when the audio does.
In the hours and days that follow, you might notice dreams that feel significant, a sudden clarity you weren't expecting, or something that's been quiet in you for a very long time beginning to stir.
That's La Loba, still working, still gathering, still singing you home.
ENTER THE REMEMBRANCE - $33HI, I'M MEL
I'm not here to fix you. I'm a light language channel, which means something ancient moves through me sometimes with no logical explanation and absolutely no apology for that.
La Loba didn't arrive on a day I was ready. She came through me standing barefoot in ancient sand dunes, so cellular and undeniable that all I could do was drive home and press record. I didn't create this. I received it.
This recording has been waiting ever since for the woman who is ready to let herself be found.
I don't heal you. I hold the space where you remember how to heal yourself.
That's why La Loba is here. 🌿
HERE'S WHAT WOMEN HAVE EXPERIENCED
Val described watching her broken pieces come back together "like a jigsaw puzzle, one by one being healed," and when it was over she went looking for the pain she'd carried for years and found it was simply gone. No anger. No hurt. No guilt. Just gone.
Nancy wrote: "The bones remembered. The fire remembered. And because of your guidance, so did I."
Sue had never experienced Light Language before. She came in not knowing what to expect and described feeling energy "vibrating and swirling around my entire body, like it was waking up." In the days after she noticed something she'd never felt before: no judgement from within. She called it life changing.
These women didn't come in already converted. They came in curious, a little uncertain, and willing to see what happened.
That's all La Loba needs.
